Tucked away in Little Braxted not far from the Witham North junction with the A12 you will find the Bracted Bakery! Located in some old farm buildings which have been nicely converted with indoor and outside tables. Good menu of breakfast and lunch options with a specials board too. Quick service and tasty food served with a . An added attraction is a railway with it's own station in the grounds which is open for rides some days of the week. For kids or train buffs alike.

We only stopped for coffee on our walk but plenty of customers tucking into breakfast. Seating inside, under cover outside and outside benches. An intriguing railway the other side of the hedge.

Awesome. Yummy tummy satisfied. Delicious food friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Located in a quiet, pleasant area in little braxted. Afternoon tea for 5. Unlimited tea, variety of sandwiches, scones with cream & jam, chocolate cupcakes and short bread, cheese twist, pineapple cheese sticks. The overall experience was good but my only concern was the wet, muddy parking area.

Evertthing you get here is delicious! I would advise going early as they run out of things. We find it difficult to go early due to kids so we normally have to pick from what is left. By far the best thing on the menu is bubble and squeak, particularly at Christmas when its turkey and stuffing bubble and squeak! Breakfast also fab It gets busy, there is lots of outdoor space and also a guards van but indoor space limited. You can book though. There is a railway there which is great for kids and has been really thoughtfully done. Follow their facebook page for details of when the train is running and when the Pullman carriage is running for teas.

Nestled in the heart of Witham, The Braxted Bakery is a charming plave in a cozy and beautiful area. All th staff were amazing. We had a lady called Alisha she was so welcoming and made us two amazing coffees and brought over or stunning full breakfast. The interior design is quaint and rustic, with wooden furniture and vintage decor that create a warm and welcoming both inside and outside areas available. Plus, a large indoor space to hire for private events and afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable and offer excellent value for money. Located in a peaceful countryside setting, the bakery is an ideal spot for a relaxing afternoon tea or a hearty breakfast before a long walk. Also, with the added attention of a railway line for you to jump on and take a ride.

A great place to meet friends for breakfast, I did reserve a table, very busy inside and out. People came to collect take-a-ways. Food piping hot, plenty of choice.
